With this plan, white-glove, videoconferencing IT assistance and deep discounts on an array of communication services come standard. Immediate answer, or at most a one-hour call-back by a skilled technician, is included.

Concierge Support

More than a support plan, Courtroom Connect’s white glove approach puts you at ease and ensures your needs will be addressed immediately. By joining the program, you also get access to the videoconference applications above. The program includes the following:

We also offer two Polycom support programs:
  • Premier, one year, VSX7000 Series - Parts are shipped priority level same business day, telephone tech support available during business hours, and also includes software updates and upgrades.
  • Premier, three year, VSX7000 Series - Advanced replacement parts shipped priority level same business day as call, telephone support during business hours, and also includes software updates and upgrades.
