- Videography – Courtroom Connect can manage all standard videography services for focus groups and mock trials. Professional videographers with cameras and microphones will capture high-quality, digital audio/video recordings and deliver them in the format of choice.
- Capturing and Encoding – Audio and video is coupled with evidence presentation on screen, then recorded and digitally encoded in realtime.
- Realtime Streaming – Co-counsel, corporate counsel, or attorneys in remote locations and war rooms can view all aspects of the mock trial at their desk, allowing a greater number of authorized parties to advise on strategy formulation and approach.
- On-Demand Viewing – Trial members who cannot watch the mock trial proceedings live can view it online at any time after the event is recorded. View the video stream on a laptop and play, fast-forward, and rewind at will.
- Post-Production Services – The recorded event may be edited and compressed into a deliverable that is easy for the client or other key-decision makers to navigate through without watching the trial in its entirety. Courtroom Connect can even add graphics, shorten sections, and splice shots together for more creative control over the end-product.
- Web Repository – Access captured events via an online, web repository. Entire mock trial proceedings are archived with evidence presentation side-by-side to increase its ease of use as a teaching tool or as a reference library that attorneys can search.
- IT Support – Courtroom Connect provides training for all of the video equipment, aids in installation, and provides ongoing support.
