Videoconferencing Services
Courtroom Connect has videoconferencing equipment available in American Arbitration Association and JAMS locations and can install temporarily in other locations. Additionally, Courtroom Connect has a network of public videoconference rooms around the world for witnesses or attorneys to rent to be able to videoconference in to the arbitration location. Video Streaming
Arbitration and mediation events can also be captured on video, encoded in realtime or after-the-fact and streamed to remote participants, such as corporate counsel, clients in remote locations, staff members, or other attorneys. Available services range from capturing and encoding video to live streaming of video and evidence to remote participants. Courtroom Connect works with the parties involved to provide complete solutions or supplement the video services provided by other vendors.

Capturing and Encoding
Courtroom Connect can capture video for any arbitration event and make sure it is ready to stream over the Internet. For live streaming, Courtroom Connect encodes video in realtime. We can also convert previously videotaped events into a stream-ready format for on-demand access via a video repository.

Encoding Presentation Material and Evidence
Courtroom Connect can capture and synchronize presentation material alongside video. This allows the viewer to see not just the video of proceedings, but also the presentation materials and evidence onsite participants are seeing. Best of all, our system accepts input from any VGA source, including document cameras and overhead projectors. Courtroom Connect uses this format extensively to record and stream live trials: we can do the same for arbitration and mediation events.

Live Streaming over the Internet
Courtroom Connect can stream live video (and evidence if applicable) of arbitration and mediation events over the Internet to remote locations. An on-site encoder captures the video feed and securely sends it over to Courtroom Connect servers. Secure access to events is provided to authenticated parties, who log into Courtroom Connect servers via unique login codes. Remote viewers can watch the live event and participate with parties on-site via chat, email, and telephone. Courtroom Connect provides all required technical support for on-site videographers to use the streaming system.

Online Video Repository Services
Courtroom Connect can provide online access to captured events via a web repository. An event can be stored for as long as required, or clients can work with Courtroom Connect to create a more comprehensive repository covering numerous events. The repository is protected by the same technology used to authenticate viewers of live events.

Transcription
Courtroom Connect can arrange for transcription of events, either after the fact or in realtime
