Our two main services: Courtroom View Network and Remote Counsel. Courtroom View Network is a leading news provider delivering unmatched video coverage of the most compelling civil litigation in the country. Remote Counsel products leverage technology and partnerships to bring attorneys and other professionals remote, live access to their events: depositions, trials, hearings, jury research, and more. Founded in 2001, Courtroom Connect is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with offices in New York and California.
Who We Are
In addition to being the Chief Executive Officer of Courtroom Connect, David is also a member of the company’s board of directors. Since 2001, David has set the strategic direction for the company and for the senior management team. David brings 20 years of business development experience from his work at Feinberg Rozen, the foremost law firm in the nation specializing in negotiated resolution of complex legal disputes.
Michael Breyer is the president, chairman and co-founder of Courtroom Connect. Michael works with the senior management team to set the strategic direction for the company. His public policy experience includes working on the “Reinventing Government” initiative as a White House intern in the Office of the Vice President. Michael holds an MBA and a Public Management Program certificate from Stanford Business School and received a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
President, Litigation Services and Chief Product Officer
As the president of litigation services at Courtroom Connect, Grover Mundell is responsible for providing, audio, video, text, and connectivity to court reporters and litigants before trial. Prior to joining Courtroom Connect, Grover was vice president of the Real Legal division of LiveNote, where he managed development of products such as iBinder, Binder, and E-Transcript. Grover also manages the Remote Counsel Network, a network of more than 300 court reporting firms who rent videoconferencing equipment in deposition suites to attorneys and others. Grover holds a BS in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University, and has more than 20 years of legal industry experience.
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Walker is the company’s chief technology officer. He oversees Courtroom Connect’s technical infrastructure and is the architect of Courtroom Connect’s networks and data center environments. Prior to Courtroom Connect, Michael worked as a network and security consultant, building core network facilities for such clients as Washington Mutual, Janus, Sony, and Aramark. Michael is a graduate of Framingham State College and holds three professional-level Cisco certifications as well as numerous associate-level industry certifications and accreditations from vendors such as CheckPoint, Foundry and Network Associates.
Managing Director – Content Services
Sumit Chatterjee serves as managing director for the Content Services business line at Courtroom Connect. Sumit is responsible for managing sales, operations, and business development for Courtroom View Network, the company’s flagship content service. Prior to Courtroom Connect, Sumit was director of Global Strategic Alliances for Level 3 Communications, where he established relationships with leading broadband cable and satellite companies. Sumit also worked in the White House as a domestic policy aide in the Office of the Vice President, focusing on technology issues. Sumit received a BA in Political Science and History from The University of Arizona.
President, Courtroom View Network
Courtney Svajian is President of Courtroom View Network (CVN). Courtney oversees content selection, creation, and publishing, including all content for CVN and CVN Law School, CVN’s academic portal. Prior to CVN, Mrs. Svajian was Director of AudioCaseFiles, a media company that created content for law schools and students around the world. She is a graduate of William and Mary Law School, in Williamsburg, Virginia, and holds a BA from American University in Washington, D.C.
Vice President, Operations
Stanley Goldberg serves as the vice president of operations. He joined the company in 2003 and was instrumental in the development of the operations department. Over the last five years, he has grown this area of the company and is now responsible for overseeing all operational processes for the entire company, including trial services management and courthouse infrastructure. Prior to taking on this role, Stanley managed the deployment of networking and AV products and operations for trials, depositions, jury research and other special events as the senior director of operations. Stanley received a BS degree at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Vice President, Marketing
Bryan Danilovich is the company’s Vice President of Marketing. He is responsible for Courtroom Connect’s corporate and product messaging, positioning, branding, and market communications. Prior to Courtroom Connect, Bryan defined, launched, and managed a diverse set of successful products and services at several early and mid-stage technology companies in both the U.S. and Asia, including Savi Technology (now a Lockheed Martin Company), Omnisky, and Narus. Bryan received his Bachelors of Business Administration with honors from the University of Georgia.
