War Room Services

CC is equipped to provide secure, high-speed Internet connectivity, voice services, data networking and storage, printing, equipment procurement and audio/video solutions in virtually any War Room designated location including offices, hotels and conference rooms.

Internet Connectivity
A high-speed connection to the Internet in the War Room provides the platform for many valuable services. CC can install a dedicated Internet connection at the War Room.

Data Networking
CC can build a local area network in the War Room to connect all PCs and laptops to the Internet and each other. The network and users will be secured using advanced Cisco-approved methodology. Wireless and wired connectivity are available.

War Room Theater
Courtroom Connect can simultaneously capture live audio, video, evidence presentation and the real-time transcript from the courtroom in one user-friendly interface and stream it live or have it hosted for on-demand viewing by authorized participants in the War Room.

Digital AV Equipment Rental and Set-up
Courtroom Connect can supply a wide variety of equipment through our equipment partner. In addition, Courtroom Connect provides complete set-up and integration of the equipment reducing the burden on firm IT staff. A full listing of equipment options can be provided upon request. Available equipment includes:

• Scanners
• Copiers
• Printers
• Fax machines
• Monitors
• Projectors and projection screens
• Video/document cameras

Connection to High-Speed Printers
CC will configure all laptops or PCs to the War Room printer through the wireless network. Printer options include:

• HP 4100/4200 Black & White Laser
• HP 4600 Color
• HP 4100 Multi-Function (fax, scanner, and copier)

VPN to Office from War Room
CC will configure the firm’s VPN network to enable user access through the firewall to the office from the War Room.

Voice and Fax Services
CC can set up phone lines for fax, telephone, and conference calls. CC will order and have the line installed. Additionally, CC can provide the following equipment:

• Polycom phones
• Multi-function printers that include fax

Video Conferencing
CC can provide temporary video conferencing setups in the War Room location. A T1, SDSL, or ISDN line must be present for video conferencing services.

Onsite User Support
CC can provide skilled onsite support staff to ensure that War Rooms run smoothly and efficiently.

Other Technology Solutions
Because CC has invested in an infrastructure for Internet-based solutions, we can provide technology to solve communication problems during the War Room deployment process. CC can work with your company to create technology solutions that currently do not exist today but would improve the litigation process.
