Courtroom Connect provides a high-level of support for its customers.Courtroom Connect will set-up laptops, provide user training, troubleshoot over the phone, and deliver equipment to the courthouse or the litigation venue. Courtroom Connect personnel will go to the venue if needed to ensure users are getting the most out of their service. The cost of these services are included as part of any service plan. Although standard service includes a high level of customer support, we cannot guarantee a person on site during the entire litigation event. Courtroom Connect will make a technician available on-site during the event if requested (though in most circumstance this is not necessary). Other custom/extraordinary services can also be arranged.
