Locations are based in the U.S., but we also have access to a network abroad. Videoconferencing suites are available for rent on an hourly basis and provide full videoconferencing capabilities at a reasonable cost. In addition, the videoconference can also be streamed over the Internet from the videoconference unit itself to remote users who prefer to follow, but not participate. Stream Depositions to Remote Viewers
From anywhere in the world, stream the audio/video of the deposition to remote viewers. Courtroom Connect works with court reporting firms to offer two platforms for this service:

• Via the videoconferencing equipment in one of our many Remote Counsel Network locations. It’s simple. Stream your depositions straight from the videoconference system in one of our 250 rooms.
• Via a mobile streaming station that streams the content from a camera operated by a videographer. Courtroom Connect works with your court reporting firm to provide the mobile streaming to save you additional set up fees and travel costs.

Accessing streamed deposition proceedings is easy. All users will receive a website address to log into with a secure username and password. Remote Counsel’s end user interface can also integrate realtime transcript streaming and chat functionality.

Transcript Streaming
Courtroom Connect can stream the realtime transcript over the Internet and integrate with the audio/video into a dual-split screen. This format provides for a better user experience.

Evidence Streaming
Courtroom Connect can also stream digital evidence over the Internet in certain situations and upon client request.

Chat Functionality
Courtroom Connect can integrate chat functionality into the interface, so teams can communicate throughout the deposition.

Web Repository Services
Courtroom Connect can work with your court reporting firm to provide a dedicated web repository for secure storage of audio/video from deposition proceedings. Users in remote locations can easily access proceedings on-demand with a username and password.
