Courtroom Connect Hires Legal Industry Expert to Enhance
Products and Services

Grover Mundell joins Courtroom Connect to drive growth and
oversee products and services.

(Atlanta, GA) January 4, 2006 - Courtroom Connect (CC), the leading provider of advanced communication technologies to the legal industry, including Internet, videoconferencing, and video streaming services, announced today the appointment of Grover Mundell as General Manager of Pre-Trial Services. The position was created to oversee products and services as well as spur growth in the court reporting industry.

Prior to joining Courtroom Connect, Mr. Mundell worked as a Vice President of the Real LegalTM division of LiveNoteTM where he managed development of Real Legal tools such as iBinderTM, BinderTM, and E-TranscriptTM.
